Beggining inmediately, the National Office is instituting a new policy regarding the ordering of certificates and other merchandise. The national office will no longer send new member certificates, pins, medallions, or any other merchandise prior to receiving payment, in full, for said merchandise. As soon as our office receives an order, we will generate and send an invoice to the chapter advisor's email address that we have on record. You will use the invoice to generate a check, payable to Mckendree University, for the amount shown on the invoice, Once we receive payment, we will then send the order to your chapter's mailing addess we have on record. Thus, it is very important that you update the national office (if necessary) with the current chapter advisor's name, email address, and mail address. You can do this using the Chapter Annual Report Form or sending the information directly in an email to sigmazetanational@mckendree.edu. The national office thanks you for your cooperation!!

Please order through your campus chapter advisor once per semester using the Online Order Form.
Mail a single check made out to Sigma Zeta along with a copy of the order form to the address above.
Chapter orders will be mailed to chapter advisor for distribution.

Sigma Zeta Alumni Members:

Place your order using the Online Order Form.
Mail a check made out to Sigma Zeta along with a copy of the order form to the address above.
Orders will be shipped to your individual address. Individual orders will be processed once checks for payment are received.
