Convention Committes

Student and Faculty Committees: 

Alumni Recognition Committee: gathers reports from chapters on Alumni Recognition awards process and activity.

Auditing Committee: completes an independent, brief, summary audit of organizational finances and accounting.

Founder's Cup Award Committee: reviews the Founder's Cup applications and chooses the year's most outstanding chapter

National Service Project Committee:  gathers reports from chapters about previous year's Service Project and proposes a Project for upcoming year

Nominations Committee: solicits nominees and confirms that they would be willing to serve for each of the 8 National Officer positions 

Resolutions Committee: presents some serious and tongue-in-cheek resolutions about the convention activities 

Website Committee:  Reviews and makes suggestions for the national website,


Faculty Committees: 

Presentation Awards - faculty choosing to serve as reviewers for oral and poster session presentations. The number of reviewers will depend on the number of oral and poster presentations to allow for at least two reviewers for each oral and poster presentation.

Honor Awards Committee - chapter-chosen recipients are formally acknowledged at the banquet by the President and Executive Director
